VISITING MORAY FIRTH SCHOOL TO FIND OUT MORE

We welcome visitors to our School.   And of course, for prospective pupils and parents, nothing beats a visit on a normal day to find out more about a school.  You can do this through any or all of the following:

  • arrange a personal appointment with our Principal
  • drop in on one of our Friendly First Fridays
  • arrange a Taster for your child

PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS

Our Principal, Mrs Anni Cole-Hamilton, is always pleased to meet prospective parents and you are most welcome to arrange a private visit, be shown round the School and discuss the possibilities for your child.

FRIENDLY FIRST FRIDAYS

On the first Friday of every month of our school year, we're open to visitors from 10-4.   Parents and children are welcome to drop in and see our School in action.   You can observe classes and be shown round by a member of staff or one of the pupils, and have an informal chat over coffee with our Principal.

However, please note that our office will be moving to Inverness itself during the October holiday.    Full details follow.

TASTER DAYS AT MORAY FIRTH SCHOOL

What is a Taster?
A chance for prospective pupils to find out about Moray Firth School and for us to find out about you.  If you're thinking of enrolling in Junior School, we'll invite you to come for the morning.   If you're thinking of Middle School, please come for the whole day.

What happens?
You'll join in normal classes, getting a real opportunity to see the School in action.  You'll probably want to help to feed the ducks and hens, join in outdoor games in our playing field and just get to know what happens here.  It's fun!  And so far, every child who's "Tasted" our School has loved it.

What does it cost?
Taster Days are FREE but places must be booked in advance.

Further information on any of these from our Principal,
Mrs Anni Cole-Hamilton.
